yes I’ve been running the solar lights for a couple of years……very low quality……plastic is of very poor quality..battery’s very poor quality….I changed all my battery’s to the ni-mh and got good results…hope this info helps
Might as well use every source of power available to us. After all–everything ultimately is solar power. Sounds like you have an axe to grind, buddy. You might be surprised how positive solar energy becomes to us–old cranks like you notwithstanding.

Well I could have baught who knows how many windmills and solar panels with the money I have given to those monopolists over the years. For me its a matter of principle now to become self dependent and off of the grid. What really took the cake was when I got a bill for right under $1000 just one week before this last Christmas for what they claim was an unpaid bill from over 5 years ago. Arguing this bill did me no good, and they gave an ultimatum of pay it or off it goes. bye bye UE!!!

if i made a solar panel made up of 72 3X6 solar cells can i run it with a charge controller with these specs 30A,40A,45A and the voltage is 12V or 24V auto switch.

You Say In A Video U Can Damage The Panels In Series With A Load What Do U Mean So You Say You cant hook up each pair in series to 24v charge then hook up to each 24vbattery bank…i have a 24v baatery bank due to the grid ties like you have and want to use it to charge my batterys but it says 14-28vs and not to use 12v so best at 24v and i have a few Harbor frieght and other systems here all matched sets so i can get 24v in series out each pait same watt panels just unsure if would damage

I like this kit, but I think I’m gonna buy the SunForce one with 4 panels. They’re about the same price and the charge controller is better on the SunForce kit, IMO.

Would this system work on my pool pump?? My 1.5 hp pump seems to looove my electricity, yet we hate that same bill.
@chiodeguate1 1.5hp is over 1000 watts. You would need almost 30 of these:-0 I would suggest cutting the time back to the bare minimum. Most pool companies set it about 2 hours too long to play it safe. Not sure what your is but you can find info on the gallons of your pool and temperature of water for optimal pump cycling on the internet Google it.
